At the age of 21 I graduated in Civil Engineering and my first steps in the real estate market were with the founding of CHL, which initially built and launched condominiums in Campo Grande, in the west zone of Rio de Janeiro. From the beginning, two aspects were fundamental for me.
I stayed there for five years, only then did I leave for Tijuca, where I also stayed focused for a good period.
In Tijuca, I started to launch multifamily buildings, with a significantly higher sales value. Next challenge: reach the South Zone.

Today, I am proud of our projects and portfolio, which already has more than 400 properties in Brazil and the United States, and of having one of my sons, Guili Chor, by my side, who brought a very bold vision of finance and business to the company. .
