Supervia

For a company whose strategy is to invest in commercial real estate located in areas with a high flow of pedestrians, the concession to operate stores at Supervia stations emerged as a great opportunity. TGB created with Supervia a completely innovative business model in Brazil: the purchase and operation of stores for 30 years with advance capital - the traditional model is restricted to the consolidated payment of rent.

The first stores incorporated into TGB's portfolio were those at Madureira and Campo Grande stations. Then it was the turn of the São Cristóvão station, a station that started from scratch, without commercial operation, and today has practically all the stores occupied.

In June 2018, shortly after completing 160 years, it was the turn of the Brazil. The largest and most traditional train station in Rio de Janeiro - and one of the main ones in the country - now has its stores operated by TGB.

"Ever since we started studying the entry into the Supervia, Central do Brasil has always been the apple of our eyes"
